Clem is a Notion content planner that auto posts to Instagram and TikTok. You plan your posts in a Notion database, and Clem schedules and publishes them to the Instagram and TikTok accounts you connect. These terms cover how you can use it. By using Clem, you agree to them.
You need a Notion account and at least one Instagram or TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage. Auto posting runs on each platform's official APIs, which require an Instagram Professional account (Creator or Business) and a TikTok Creator or Business account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.
Whatever you create and schedule in Notion stays yours. By connecting an account and scheduling a post, you're giving Clem permission to publish that content to that account on your behalf. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to post it and that it follows the rules of the platform it's going to.
Clem connects to Instagram and TikTok through Post For Me, using each platform's official posting APIs. You authorize access through Instagram and TikTok directly, so Clem never sees or stores your passwords. You can disconnect inside Clem, or revoke access from your Instagram or TikTok settings, at any time. You also agree to follow Instagram's and TikTok's own terms and posting rules when you use Clem to publish.
Every new account starts with a 7 day free trial, no card required. After that, Clem is $15 per month, or $12 per month billed annually as a single yearly payment, through Stripe. A subscription includes 2 connected social accounts. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't prorate or refund partial periods.
If your trial ends and you haven't subscribed, your planner and setup stay saved so you can pick up where you left off, but publishing is paused until you choose a plan.
Don't use Clem to post anything illegal, infringing, or against the rules of the platforms you're posting to, and don't try to break, overload, or abuse the service. We can suspend or close accounts that do.
Clem is provided as is. We work to keep it running and posting reliably, but we can't promise it will never go down or that a post will always go out exactly on time, since publishing also depends on Instagram, TikTok, Notion, and Post For Me.
To the extent the law allows, Clem isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything beyond the amount you paid us in the last few months. Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as they're allowed.
We may update these terms as Clem changes. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above and, where it matters, let you know in the app.
